Public Design Agency, or PDA, is a play on the phrase “Public Display of Affection.” We gave this 20th century adage new meaning by proclaiming that “Public Displays of Affection” can be ideas, prototypes, architecture, and designs that benefit society and improve public space. We encourage you to ask yourself, “How can I show affection for public spaces, for people, and for the places that matter to me?”
